- Legitimate Interests: Conducting pre-flight print artwork inspections, managing inquiries, preventing fraudulent transactions, and ensuring our online banner studio operates smoothly.
- Consent: Storing non-essential cookies (such as analytics or preference cookies) based on your affirmative consent given via our Cookie Banner.
- Legal Obligation: Maintaining accounting and VAT records in accordance with UK statutory tax requirements (HMRC).
3. What Personal Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Contact Information: Full name, business name, email address, phone number.
- Delivery Information: Physical delivery address and UK postal code.
- Order & Artwork Data: Uploaded logos, graphics, banner copy, dimensions, finishing specifications, and designer proof history.
- Payment Data: Transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We never store or view your full credit/debit card numbers on our servers.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and session timestamps collected during website use.
4. How We Protect & Store Uploaded Artwork
When you upload high-resolution logos, PDFs, or photos through our brief form or Design Online Studio:
- Files are transmitted over encrypted 256-bit SSL connections directly to secure UK/EU cloud storage.
- Artwork is strictly used for the creation of your design proofs and physical banner printing.
- We never sell, distribute, or license your proprietary logos or artwork to any third party.
- Artwork is retained for 12 months so you can easily re-order reprints, after which it is archived or deleted upon request.
5. Third-Party Data Processors
We work with trusted third-party service providers who process data strictly under our instructions:
- Payment Processing: Stripe Payments UK Ltd (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
- Print Production & Fulfillment: Verified UK commercial printing hubs (for physical production and dispatch).
- UK Delivery Couriers: DPD, DHL Express, Royal Mail (for tracked parcel shipping).
- Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel & AWS EU regions (secure website hosting).
6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
As a data subject located in the UK, you have extensive legal rights regarding your personal data:
