Yes — absolutely. If you have a finished design you're happy with, just upload it on the brief form and we'll prepare it for print (checking resolution, bleed, and colour profile). Or if you have a rough design you'd like improved, we can work on it together before printing. There's no extra charge for either.

That's actually the most common starting point. Just tell us what your business does, what the banner's for, and where it'll be displayed. That's enough for us to make a start. We'll send you a design proof within 24 hours and you can react to it — it's often easier to say 'I like this but not that' than to describe from scratch.

It means exactly that — we go back and forth until you're satisfied, with no cap on rounds and no charge for changes. The only limit is that nobody prints until you've given the go-ahead. In practice, most orders are sorted within 2–3 rounds of revisions. But if it takes 10, that's fine.

You'll typically receive a design proof within 24 hours of submitting your brief (often same-day for straightforward briefs). Once you approve the final design, your banner goes to print and is dispatched within 48 hours. If you need revisions, add roughly 4–8 hours per round. Total from brief to delivery: 48–96 hours for most orders.

You'll receive a high-resolution PDF proof for approval. Once approved, we handle the print production entirely — you don't need to supply print-ready files. If you'd like a copy of the finished artwork file for your own records, just ask.

We offer 48-hour dispatch from approval, which includes next-day tracked delivery as standard. We don't promise same-day print and delivery — that would mean cutting corners on the design process. Our promise is 'right first time' rather than 'fastest possible.'

Almost any size. We offer standard sizes (3ft × 1ft up to 10ft × 6ft for vinyl and mesh, standard roller banner sizes for fabric), and can print custom dimensions for an additional charge. Use the brief form to specify exactly what you need.

It can be — low-res logos don't print well at large sizes. If you only have a low-res version, tell us when you submit the brief. We can often work around it using vector-style techniques, or suggest a simple logomark as part of the design. We'll always flag this before going to print.

Yes. If you know your Pantone, CMYK, or HEX colour codes, supply them on the brief form. If you don't know the technical codes but have a reference (a business card, a uniform, an existing sign), a photo or description is usually enough to get very close.

We focus on direct-to-client work for small businesses and events. If you're a small agency with occasional overflow design+print needs, get in touch — we work with a small number of agency clients on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. The price includes design, print, and standard delivery. VAT is included in the prices shown. The only potential extras are expedited same-day courier (if you need it faster than 48-hour dispatch) and very unusual custom sizes where materials cost more.
